X is the only supported social destination with a separate managed-delivery cost. It never limits release notes, team messages, email or publishing to other social networks.

You can create, edit and approve as many communication packs and social drafts as a real product team needs. Core destinations are not metered. Fair-use and anti-abuse safeguards protect service reliability; they are not a routine shipping quota.
Repository scope is the main difference. Developer watches one GitHub repository. Team removes that cap and includes a larger monthly managed X allowance.
No. Refills are one-time prepaid purchases. You decide when to add more credit, and Mergelay never creates an automatic overage charge or recharge.
Taxes, managed X credit after the included amount, and any subscription or API fee billed directly by a connected provider remain separate from the Mergelay plan.
Billing begins only after you confirm the plan, billing interval, renewal terms and total at checkout. Mergelay does not currently offer a permanent free plan or trial.
